It's Oddbox Time!

So, every other week I get an Oddbox delivery of a small box of vegetables that have been sourced directly from a farm that ordinarily would end up as waste. This is a great scheme and I love waking up every other Sunday to find this box of goodness waiting for me outside our front door - they deliver overnight!
I love the ethos behind this scheme. The 'Why' information on their website (https://www.oddbox.co.uk/) says it all:
A THIRD OF THE FOOD GROWN IN THE WORLD IS WASTED We believe this has to stop. All food grown should be eaten. Right now, this isn’t the case. In the UK alone, over 3 million tonnes of fruit & veg are wasted before they even leave the farm. “Too” big, “too” dinky, “too” many. And when food goes to waste, so does all the energy, water and time that went into growing it.
So as long as you don't mind the odd curvy cucumber or wavy carrot then this scheme is for you! You don't just have to get a vegetable box either, you can have a fruit box instead or a mixed box. Also, if there are any fruit or veg that you don't like then you can state this in your account details and they send something else instead.
If you would like to give this a go, then please use my referral link (below), you get your first box for 99p and then I get a voucher too :-)
If you decide it's not for you after this initial box then you can cancel anytime, so nothing to lose. Give it a go... and be inspired by what your 'Oddbox' will contain - who knows you may get something you haven't tried before. I got some Kalette last week, which was a first for me; a mix between Kale and Brussel Sprouts and it was delicious!
